Měření spokojenosti studentů a pedagogů na střední škole

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the measuring of satisfaction of students and teachers at Technical High School in Opava. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out how the students and the teachers of High School are satisfied with the amount and the nature of services, which are offered by the school, and also how the students perceive their teachers and their approach to the work. The first part of the thesis defines theoretical foundations which relate to services such as, marketing mix services, marketing of the school and also measurement of customer satisfaction.The next chapter outlines the characteristics of organization, history, product, marketing mix and activities, which the school operates. The practical part is focused on measurement of satisfaction itself using questioning, through the form of a structured questionnaire and subsequent analysis of the data obtained. All the results were processed by the program Microsoft Excel. Eventually, there are concrete proposals and recommendations, which both are the conclusion of the thesis. Thanks to the proposals, observations and recommendations found out through the research, the school management can focus on sensitive items and figure out the way how to increase the satisfaction of students and teachers at their school.
