Abstract

SVOBODA, R. Design of the maintenance system in operation of dressing devices: bachelor thesis. Ostrava: VŠB – TUO, Faculty od engineering, 2012, 38 pages. This bachelor thesis deal with solution of maintenance problems and improvements of existing maintenance system of molds for manufacturing carpet parts for cars in HP Pelzer company. This thesis describes current maintenance system and looking for new better ways how to make working of employees more effective and how to solve averse phenomen, such as downtime or short lifetime of molds. The result is a transition from preventive to predictive maintenance by using an Excel spreadsheet. There was introduced a writing file of statuses of molds, which weekly evaluates the riskiest molds, These forms will be modified or repaired.
