Abstract
This work solves the problem of low tour´s sale by commission sale of travel agency AGENTURA Hana s.r.o. The product of this travel agency is summer tour to apartments in italian Rosolina Mare.
The reasons are investigated both on the side of commission salers and on the side of costumers.
For the research are used to two methods. For detecting reasons on the side of commission salers is used to the method mystery shopping and on the side of costumers is used to the method questioning.
Mystery shopping was executed at 16commission salers. The amount of questioning´s respondents were 100men and women older than 18years.
The main point of proposals and recommendations is increase by 7% of apartment´s utilization in Rosolina Mare.
