Návrh experimentu pro výzkum problematiky LČ na letovém simulátoru - problematika CRM

Abstract

The content of this thesis deals with the failure of human factor in the aviation which is nowadays a hot topic in the field of aviation. For this reason CRM training was introduced in aviation. It aims to identify the principles which should any good crew follow to increase their performance. The content of this thesis deals with key issues that must be included in each of CRM training and in this work we analyze the basic properties that every pilot should meet based on well-mastered CRM. The outcome of this thesis is design the exercise in flight simulator to simulate situations in which one can crew investigate their behavior in these situations and assess their quality of CRM training. In annex contains exercises for simulator and theory for CRM training.
