Návrh technologie opracování ozubeného segmentu pro lodní výtah

Abstract

The introduction of this thesis presents the production part - it mainly focuses on its description, purpose and placement. The company in which this thesis was conducted is also introduced in this chapter. The machine tools with specified parameters and detailed manufacturing process for production of the production part are described in the second part of this thesis. The next chapter deals with the problem of choosing suitable cutting tools and right parameters to ensure appropriate machination of the castings. The fourth part consists of technical and economical evaluation of the solution. The most important findings are summarized in the conclusion of this thesis.
