Rozbor dynamických drah frézování

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of dynamic milling toolpaths and their comparison in selected CAM systems. The theoretical part describes the basic principles of dynamic milling, types of toolpaths and the differences compared to conventional milling. The practical part focuses on the design of an experimental workpiece made of EN AW-6061-T6 aluminium alloy and the creation of machining strategies in SolidCAM, PowerMill and Fusion 360. The individual strategies are then compared in terms of machining time, toolpath length, machine load, tool wear and process stability. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate how the choice of CAM system and a specific dynamic strategy affects the milling process.
