Abstract

Dissertation thesis studies the influence of the size of input components on the properties of protective coatings. Glass-ceramic enamel coatings create a protective layer of diverse chemical composition and mechanical properties. Glass-ceramic enamel coating has a high mechanical properties at relatively small thickness of the coating. Largely resistant to alkaline, acidic environments and mechanical wear. The theoretical part of work provides a description of the composition of the glass-ceramic coatings, input components, production technology and utility properties. Enamel coatings applied to wet include shares in structure of clay particles. These compounds act on the resulting properties of glass-ceramic enamel coatings. The presence of clay components of the coating gives the character of glass-ceramic enamel coating that promotes the chemical composition of bioactivity. Furthermore, this work provided the materials, their properties and basic principles of cell division. The experimental part of this work includes the description, experimental design methods, standards associated with them and their evaluation.
