Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the project of pliers used for the transport of steel cast forms. In the first part I presented the basic division of the means of transportation. In the next part I did all calculations needed for the design itself. First I chose a pneumatic cylinder and formed a befitting geometry in order to fulfill the third condition. In the following chapters I presented stability calculations in the critical places for the weight of 200kg and the gripping width of the form 50-200mm.
