Abstract

Bachelor Thesis is aimed on the human resources management for accredited testing laboratory. Introductory section discusses the basic theory of human resources management. The next section describes the status quo analysis, from which I have came to identify the following problems. Result of this work is to identify specific problem in personnel management accredited testing laboratory, with subsequent proposals for solutions. These results are presented at the end of work.
