Abstract

This thesis deals with a proposal for sheet metal stamping technology. The introduction part of the thesis analyzes the existing technology of sheet metal stamping. Two versions of this technology proposal are presented. The first version deals with the technology of laser cutting of materials followed by bending using appropriate bending machines. The second version analyzes stamping technology of a sheet metal strip with the help of progressive machines. The proposed technology is evaluated on the basis of QFORM software outputs followed by technical and economical analyses of each stamping technology.
