Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with employee motivation and human resources management in Remer, a.s. company. In particular, it focuses on the specific aspects of each organization. Above all, it is about the employee's motivation and their determination to do their job well. It also deals with human resources and company management, which has a significant impact on employee satisfaction.

The theoretical part is devoted mainly to motivation and management of people in general. It describes the basic concepts, theories and facts concerning this topic.

In the practical part is analyzed the company and by means of questionnaire survey is carried out analysis of employee satisfaction of this organization.

The work also includes the steps proposed by the author for possible improvements.
