Racionalizace typového výrobku ve firmě ZLKL, s. r. o.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce byla provedena v podniku ZLKL, s. r. o. Je zaměřena na racionalizaci typového výrobku. Úvodní část se zabývá analýzou původního stavu výroby daného dílce. V první polovině praktické práce došlo ke zkouškám nových nástrojů pro obrábění a frézování dílce. V druhé polovině praktické části bylo provedeno porovnávání stavu před a po racionalizaci a v návaznosti na to bylo vytvořeno ekonomické zhodnocení. Zhodnocení ukázalo, že provedené experimenty vedly ke zlepšení procesu výroby. V závěru jsou shrnuty přínosy této práce.

The bachelor's thesis was carried out in the company ZLKL, s. r. o. It is focused on the rationalization of a typical product. The introductory part deals with the analysis of the original state of production of the given part. In the first half of the practical work, there were tests of new tools for machining and milling the part. In the second half of the practical part, a comparison of the state before and after rationalization was made, and an economic evaluation was created following this. The evaluation showed that the conducted experiments led to the improvement of the production process. In the conclusion, the benefits of this work are summarized.
