Měření ztrát v nízkotlakém hydraulickém systému s uvažováním hydrostatického tlaku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá měřením tlakových ztrát v nízkotlakém hydraulickém systému s uvažováním hydrostatického tlaku. Na začátku práce je popsána problematika ztrát v systému a popsány přístroje vhodné k měření. V další kapitole je popsán obvod pro měření hydraulického rázu a specifikovány prvky tohoto obvodu. Dále jsou proměřeny dané prvky obvodu a zpracovány výsledky měření. Kvůli velkým odlišnostem mezi naměřenými hodnotami a hodnotami v literatuře byl obvod rozložen, vyčištěn a znovu proměřen. V poslední části bakalářské práce jsou tyto výsledky porovnány s matematickým modelem.

This bachelor thesis deals with the measurement of pressure losses in the low-pressure hydraulic system with consideration of hydrostatic pressure. At the beginning of the work is discussed the issue of losses in the system and described the suitable device for measurements. The next chapter described a circuit for measuring the hydraulic shockwave and specified elements of the circuit. Further, the circuit elements are measured and processed measuring results. For the huge differences between the measured values and with the values in the literature circuit was taken to pieces, cleaned and re-measured. In the last part of the bachelor thesis are these results compared with the mathematical model.
