Abstract
The aim of the bachelor work was to determine customers satisfaction with banking product Express loan from GE Money Bank, a.s.
The theoretical part includes customer satisfaction, importance and satisfaction measurement methods. The practical part deals with the creation of questionnaires, analysis of GE Money Bank customers satisfaction and research evaluation. At the end will be conclusion and recommendation for that bank.
