Modelování pružných polí zhotovených metodou 3D tisku

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design, measurement and modeling of flexible patterns created using the 3D printing method. In the beginning of the work, information is summarized about 3D printing technologies, printable materials, the possibilities of final processing of printed components and the possibilities of using flexible patterns in healthcare and other sectors. Based on the specification, flexible patterns with specific parameters are designed, by measuring which the stiffness of the patterns in the area of small deformations is determined. Furthermore, the work is focused on computer modeling of designed patterns in the Simcenter software. These models are subsequently evaluated in comparison with experimental measurements. Furthermore, a parametric study suitable for the design of a pattern with the required stiffness is created. It will be possible to use the results of the work for the design of biomedical aids.
