Abstract

Diploma thesis dealing with logistics and storage of products in company OSTROJ a.s., primarily in the division Forging and Hardening. The introduction describes the types of machine layouts, what is logistics, and what are the main types of warehouse. In the next chapter I deal with the analysis of production in the company, the storage system and arrangement of workplaces. At the end of the work,I offered two sollutions. In the form of construction of a new storage hall and reorganization of the workplace. Both solutions will bring the company new spaces for product storage and also straightening og production.
