Optimalizace konstrukce mobilní zdvihací plošiny

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá optimalizací mobilní zdvihací plošiny PM-160-2-RZ, určené pro přepravu osob s omezenou pohyblivostí. Hlavní náplní této práce je snížení zástavbových rozměrů ve složeném tvaru a snížení celkové hmotnosti plošiny. Úvod práce je věnován seznámením s problematikou nůžkových plošin a se současným stavem plošiny. Následují výpočty potřebné k optimalizaci plošiny a kontrola důležitých spojů. Výpočty jsou doplněny o pevnostní analýzu pomocí metody konečných prvků. Součástí práce je také výkresová dokumentace. Zadavatel práce je firma OCHI Inženýring spol. s. r. o.

The thesis deals with the optimization of mobile lifting platforms PM- 160-2 - RZ , designed for the transport of persons with reduced mobility. The main focus of this work is to reduce installation dimensions in the folded shape and reduce the total weight of the platform. Introduction is devoted to familiarization with the problems of scissor platforms and the current state of the platform . Following next are calculations needed to optimize the platform and the control of important connections. The calculations are supplemented by stress analysis using finite element method .
