This bachelor's thesis focuses on the comparison of two renovation approaches for a family house: one utilizing the Oprav dům po babičce subsidy program and the other carried out without any subsidy support. The aim is to assess the scope and effectiveness of each approach by evaluating energy performance, conducting an economic analysis, and comparing the proposed measures. The thesis includes calculations of the building’s current energy performance and that of the two renovation variants, an analysis of investment costs, and an assessment of the extent of achieved savings. The obtained results enable an objective evaluation of the feasibility of each approach and their benefits in terms of both energy and economic efficiency.
