Abstract

Martin Ferko, Ph.D. Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na porovnání dvou variant rekonstrukce rodinného domu, a to s využitím dotačního programu Oprav dům po babičce a mimo dotační rámec. Cílem je posoudit rozsah a efektivitu každého přístupu prostřednictvím hodnocení energetické náročnosti, ekonomické analýzy a srovnání navržených opatření. Práce obsahuje výpočet energetické náročnosti stávajícího stavu budovy a dvou návrhových variant, analýzu investičních nákladů a rozsah dosažených úspor. Získané výsledky umožňují objektivní zhodnocení proveditelnosti jednotlivých přístupů a jejich přínosu z hlediska energetické a ekonomické efektivity.

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the comparison of two renovation approaches for a family house: one utilizing the Oprav dům po babičce subsidy program and the other carried out without any subsidy support. The aim is to assess the scope and effectiveness of each approach by evaluating energy performance, conducting an economic analysis, and comparing the proposed measures. The thesis includes calculations of the building’s current energy performance and that of the two renovation variants, an analysis of investment costs, and an assessment of the extent of achieved savings. The obtained results enable an objective evaluation of the feasibility of each approach and their benefits in terms of both energy and economic efficiency.
