Optimalizace výrobního systému ve firmě Wisconsin engineering CZ s.r.o.

Abstract

The thesis deals with optimazing of the production system during manufacturing of pick-up reels for company Pottinger in the company Wisconsing Engineering CZ s.r.o. At the beginning of this work there is a brief characteristic of the company summarizing and describing its production program consisting of the own final articles and the cooperation. On the basis of the most important cooperation, following the technological procedures and analysis, the optimalisation of the production process was suggested. In the next point, there is analysis of material and machining capacity for the proposed solution with the new production volume of 1600 pcs/year. Based on the results of the triangular method and sankey diagram, was suggested a new layout of the particular technological workplaces in the new part of the workshop. When comparing the existing and new production layout, the advantages of the new structure were proved. The savings on interplant handling and on own production process was calculated.
