Návrh optimálního toku materiálu v podniku ISOTRA a.s.

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the optimization process production line for blinds Cetta 80 in company ISOTRA a.s. The aim was to optimize the material flow line capacity and capacity building of this work. I was developed two alternatives, after setting aim and assessing the current state,. Combination of both was optimal material flow, which was entering this bachelor thesis. Then the estimated total cost of the investment required and this variant. Subsequently, the calculated payback period of only savings for employee salaries. In conclusion, we find the total annual savings and the overall evaluation of this work and design of the variant.
