Abstract

Master thesis deals with the design and technological design of a pneumatic conveyor system. In the introduction, the basic types of conveyor systems are processed. After selecting the type of conveyor system, the calculation of the conveyor inclination for spontaneous movement of the crate is realized. The design of the conveyor system is created in successive steps, the assembly drawing of which is located in the appendix to this master thesis. According to the purpose of this system, a step diagram is designed, by means of which a diagram of the pneumatic circuit is created together with the selection of individual pneumatic elements used in the system. The circuit diagram of the conveyor system is also located in the appendix of this master thesis. Finally, a practical implementation and testing of the system was performed.
