Posouzení finančních produktů vhodných pro začínajícího investora

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je vybrat finanční produkty vhodné pro začínající investory, rozčlenit je dle jejich vlastností do investičních horizontů, posoudit je a zjistit, který produkt je v daném horizontu pro investora s daným cílem nejvhodnější.

Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na základy investičního procesu, podstatu, funkce a význam finančního trhu a na význam investičního plánu. V praktické části jsou finanční produkty charakterizovány a posuzovány na základě určitých kritérií jako je výnosnost, riziko a likvidita. Bylo zjištěno, že pokud je v krátkodobé horizontu cílem uložení likvidní rezervy, nejvhodnějším produktem jsou spořicí účty. V delších investičních horizontech má na výběr nejvhodnějšího finančního produktu zásadní vliv výše pravidelné investice.

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to select financial products suitable for beginning investors, divide them according to their characteristics into investment horizons, assess them and then find out which product is the most suitable for the investor with the given goal in the given horizon.

The theoretical part is focused on the basics of the investment process, their nature, their function and importance of the financial market and the importance of the investment plan. In the practical part, financial products are characterized and assessed based on certain criteria such as profitability, risk and liquidity. It was found that in the short term if the aim is to deposit a liquid reserve, the most suitable products are savings accounts. In longer investment horizons, the amount of regular investment has a significant influence on the selection of the most suitable financial product.
