Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with a thin coating adhesion to the metal substrate. The introduction describes the influence of adhesion on the adhesion of applied coatings to substrate materials. The theoretical part describes the basic characteristics, properties and applications of organic coatings and enamel coatings. The Next part introduces surface preparation before application anti-corrosion coating and methods of evaluation. The experimental part deals with the testing of adhesion of the two coating systems on the same base material aluminum alloys for the automotive industry. Coatings were Cortec VCI-368 and impregnation coating for transport. Proposal of the methodology works and their evaluation is presented in the form of photos and spreadsheets.
