Abstract
This bachelor's thesis deals with the technical diagnostics and tribodiagnostics of hydraulic machines at AUMOVIO Czech Republic s.r.o. and the evaluation of cross-tests of measuring equipment in cooperation with Kleentek s.r.o.
The theoretical part is devoted to the properties of lubricants, methods of their filtration (especially electrostatic cleaning) and procedures for determining the condition of the machinery.
The practical part analyzes data obtained from machines designated Allrounder 470 E 1000 Edrive (VL-1), CX 420-2000 blue power (VL-3), CX 300-1000 blue power (VL-12), CX 420-2000 blue power (VL-23) and the forming line MGUSI-OP-105.
The results of the cross-tests confirmed a strong trend agreement and the reliability of the compared technologies between the VŠB-TUO laboratory and the Kleentek protocols.
The tribodiagnostics itself showed that machine VL-1 exhibits a decreasing trend in contamination and a satisfactory operational state.
Conversely, critical values of the cleanliness code (NAS 1638) and an increased potential for soft sludge formation (MPC) were found in machines VL-12 and VL-23.
In these machines, an undesirable redissolving of deposits from the tank into the oil likely occurs after by-pass filtration is performed.
For the MGUSI-OP-105 testing line, a predominantly static course of lubricant degradation was observed.
