Abstract
Teamwork is an important tool in human resource management. By introducing it into a company with paint on individuals, increasing solidarity and support in improving interpersonal relationships. In other words, employees do not feel such stress, feel they are more important and influence their activities.
Although teamwork is now highly sought after, and collaboration is not unique to the team, it feels good. Everyone has a different priority, otherwise we respond to suggestions, process information, communicate, etc. How to create a pleasant working environment?
The aim of this work is to assess the team's candidates based on their personality typologies to form a team of 5 members. The team has the task of acquiring new clients, taking care of new clients and creating a financial portfolio based on clients' wishes and needs.
In the theoretical part there are briefly characterized aspects of human resources management. Specifically, they focus on the team, teamwork, personality and personality typology, team forms and team roles. We will become acquainted with the identification of personality typologies and with the mutual compatibility of these typologies.
Explicit invest, s.r.o., share basic information, with a brief history, organizational structure, and co-workers who make up the company. Use of tools and tools for optimization and optimization in R&D. They will interpret the results they receive.
At the end of the bachelor thesis are presented their own suggestions, recommendations and summary of the whole work concerning the areas in which working groups are set on the basis of personality typologies.
