Optimalizace balíkového doručování v obvodu depa České pošty Opava

Abstract

This master thesis deals with optimization of parcel delivering, to be exact it deals with verification of possible savings of driven distance during delivering and collecting of parcel at Czech post depot. The introduction describes solved problem and defines the goal of this thesis. The main section describes proper methods that can be used in this exact issue and on the basis of solved problem‘s parameters, it defines the proper method that was used in this thesis. As the proper method was chosen linear mathematical model, which is meant to be used for problems of vehicle routing problem with time windows. Next section consists of optimization of the issue by chosen method. To verife if there is any posibilties of saving driven distance there are made changes of customer service by changing the time windows of the service. At the end of this thesis there are results obtained by optimization.
