Abstract
This thesis is dealing with a design of a reflector for low and high beam, which is
part of the TOYOTA car’s headlamp. Research consist of various technical solutions for
headlamps in practical use. There are two main parts of the thesis. First one is development
of reflector itself and fixing it into body of headlamp. Second part of thesis deals with
coating of reflector and possible modifications for optimization of coating.
