Řízení zakázky v praxi

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením zakázky v praxi a to v konkrétním podniku FERRMON, spol. s r.o. V úvodu je zmíněna základní teorie ohledně této problematiky. Celá práce se zabývá posouzením současného stavu řízení zakázky a to z největší míry na obchodně - technickém středisku, kde se s touto problematikou pracovníci setkávají denně a řízení zakázek je jejich hlavní pracovní náplní. Dále jsou v práci identifikovány problémy, které při této činnosti vznikají. V diplomové práci jsou navrhnuty řešení a opatření, díky kterým se nalezené problémy mohou v některých případech částečně a v některých případech plně eliminovat.

This Thesis deals with The Management of the Order in Practice respectively it is at specific company FERRMON, spol. s r.o. In introduction, there is basic theory of this problematic mentioned. This thesis deals with examination of contemporary condition of running order, at business-technical centre. The workers are meeting with this problem on daily basis. Running order is their main workload. There are the others problems identified in this thesis, that are originated from this problematic. There are resolutions and measures suggested. These resolutions and measures can eliminate and solve this problematic.
