Abstract
This thesis summarizes the basic procedures for solving a problem by using the methodology of solving problems by 8D, which is used to detect the root cause of the problem.
The aim of this study is to provide a concise and clear list of steps that will lead to a successful resolution of the problem. When elaborating, I focused on a brief description of the various steps for solving the problem by using the methodology of solving problems by 8D report.
This work will serve as a basis for revising the internal regulations Methodology of 8D report in company Linaset a.s. It could be used as a basis for the preparation of internal training.
