Abstract
The main aim of my diploma work was suggest acceptable marketing communication strategy for SC Ostrava,a.s. Research was focused on total customer´s satisfaction and their satisfaction with reception and company´s web sites. Through the personal questioning were investigated factors influenced customers in choosing sports centre. Also the existing marketing communication was analysed. Following discovered results proposed marketing strategy leading to more satisfied customers and competitive advantage with the view of marketing communication. In regard of marketing research results was for company´s management suggested marketing strategy flowing from marketing mix 7P. Communication strategy which is part of it corresponds with marketing and company´s targets.
