Komparace vybraných bank s ohledem na FinTech

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the comparison of selected banks with regard to Fintech. The goal of the thesis is to use multi-criteria decision-making methods to select the bank that offers the most Fintech services. The introduction of the work is focused on the history of technology in the world of finance. Multi-criteria decision-making methodology is defined in the next section of the work. For the purposes of the work, Saaty's methods were used in the practical part. There were selected twelve banks for comparison. Criteria that were monitored were defined based on preferences of a hypotetic client. Five basic criteria were stated; communications with third parties, online product set-up, mobile banking, account maintenance costs and bank-to-client communications. Bank tariff lists, bank exchange rates, bank websites, answers in email communication between the author of the work and the bank and answers from bank infoline operators were used as sources of information. Česká spořitelna was selected as a bank that meets the monitored criteria with regard to Fintech to the greatest extent.
