Analýza konkurence obchodů se stavebninami

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the competition of stores with building materials, when 5 stores in the city of Opava were selected and their competitiveness was assessed. In the practical part, data collection was carried out using a questionnaire survey on the Internet, when after evaluating the results of the questionnaires, the most important criteria were selected, and based on the research results, the lowest-rated store was selected and suggestions and recommendations were proposed to it, which should lead to an improvement in competitiveness.
