Abstract

The Bachelor thesis deals with comparison of the various characteristics of healthcare systems in Spain, Germany, Czech Republic and the United States. The thesis contains theoretical introduction to the problematic of health care systems, the specific characteristics of the health systems of selected countries and practical part. The practical part is focused on the comparison of the basic models of health care, basic characteristics of the health systems of selected countries and comparison of funding sources. An important part of the practical part is comparison of health indicators of target countries.
