| dc.description.abstract | Bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním jednotlivých charakteristik zdravotnických systémů ve Španělsku, Německu, České republice a Spojených státech amerických. Práce obsahuje teoretický vstup do problematiky zdravotnických systémů, konkrétní charakteristiky zdravotnických systémů vybraných států a vlastní práci. Praktická část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na srovnání základních modelů zdravotnictví, základních charakteristik zdravotnických systémů vybraných států a srovnání zdrojů financování. Důležitou součástí praktické částí je porovnání zdravotnických ukazatelů a indikátorů cílových zemí. | cs |

The thesis contains theoretical introduction to the problematic of health care systems, the specific characteristics of the health systems of selected countries and practical part. The practical part is focused on the comparison of the basic models of health care, basic characteristics of the health systems of selected countries and comparison of funding sources. An important part of the practical part is comparison of health indicators of target countries. | en |
