Abstract
In this bachelor thesis the customers´ satisfaction with personal rail transport is analyzed. Focus was held on particular factors of comfort which I consider to be important for general satisfaction. By analyzing these factors various states of comfort were found out and suggestions and recommendations for improvement could be introduced.
