Řešení problematiky pájení hliníkových trubek chladících systémů automobilů

Abstract

This master thesis deals with resolving of problems of brazing aluminium tubes on project Kühlewasserohre V6 TDI. The first theoretical section deals with the features of aluminium alloys based on the Al-Mn, Al-Mg-Si and Al-Mg and their problems of brazing. In the next part brazing methods used in the automotive industry in relationship with brazing of Al-Mg alloys are explained. In the experimental part the brazing technology from point of view of Al-Mg alloys is designed followed by the design of brazing machine. The last part deals with the design of a plan for degreasing of scrap on the Kühlewasserrohre V6 TDI project with the tests of brazed joints of chosen parts. In the conclusion of the thesis evaluation of the project is stated.
