Racionalizace technologie montáže bojového vozidla pěchoty

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá racionalizací technologie montáže bojového vozidla pěchoty ve firmě Excalibur Army spol. s.r.o. Na počátku závěrečné práce se čtenář seznámí s bojovým vozidlem a jeho pozoruhodnými vlastnostmi. V návaznosti na konstrukci vozidla je objasněna metodika montáže, nezbytná pro následný popis problémů v sestavování vozidla a jejich řešení. Návrh řešení většiny zmíněných problémů poté navazuje na výběr jedné z metod organizace výroby, které je přizpůsobeno svým obsahem k dané problematice. Navrhovaná řešení vyplývají z vlastního zkoumání autora vybraného montážního pracoviště v období od prosince 2024 do května 2025 v prostorách zmíněné firmy se zázemím ve Šternberku.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the rationalization of the technology of assembling an infantry fighting vehicle in a company Excalibur Army spol. s.r.o. At the beginning of the final thesis, the reader is introduced to the combat vehicle and its remarkable properties. In connection with the vehicle construction, the assembly methodology is explained, which is necessary for the subsequent description of the problems in assembling the vehicle and their solutions. The proposal for solving most of the mentioned problems then follows the selection of one of the methods of organizing production, which is adapted in its content to the given issue. The proposed solutions result from the author's own investigation of the selected assembly workplace in the period from December 2024 to May 2025 in the premises of the mentioned company with a base in Šternberk.
