Abstract
This thesis deals with the measurement of customer satisfaction in the furniture market. The theoretical part is devoted to customer satisfaction, sales and personal product. Further, the thesis chapter on the characteristics of Furniture D5. The practical part is focused on analysis of customer satisfaction and its subsequent proposals and recommendations.
