Abstract
The subject of this thesis is to evaluate the business environment of a company that focuses on agency business using selected methods of situational analysis. This thesis is divided into two parts, of which the theoretical section focuses on the definition of basic concepts and methods, which are then applied to the company in the practical section. The aim of this thesis is to find the strengths and weaknesses of the internal and external environment of the company and suggest possible changes for further development. To achieve the goal, the PEST method, Porter's five forces analysis, SWOT analysis and selected financial ratio indicators are used.
