Situační analýza podnikatelského prostředí pro agenturní podnikání

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je pomocí vybraných metod situační analýzy zhodnotit podnikatelské prostředí společnosti, která se zaměřuje na agenturní podnikání. Tato práce je rozdělena na dvě části, z čehož teoretická sekce se zaměřuje na vymezení základních pojmů a metod, které jsou následně v praktické části aplikovány na daný podnik. Cílem této práce je nalézt silné i slabé stránky vnitřního i vnějšího prostředí dané společnosti a navrhnout případné změny k dalšímu rozvoji. K dosažení cíle jsou použity metoda PEST, Porterova analýza pěti sil, SWOT analýza a vybrané poměrové ukazatele finanční analýzy.

The subject of this thesis is to evaluate the business environment of a company that focuses on agency business using selected methods of situational analysis. This thesis is divided into two parts, of which the theoretical section focuses on the definition of basic concepts and methods, which are then applied to the company in the practical section. The aim of this thesis is to find the strengths and weaknesses of the internal and external environment of the company and suggest possible changes for further development. To achieve the goal, the PEST method, Porter's five forces analysis, SWOT analysis and selected financial ratio indicators are used.
