Abstract

The master thesis deals with the design of the jig for the welding and with the advantages of its introduction into the production. The problematics of the jigs, their classification according to different aspects and also the principles of their design are discussed in the first part of the thesis. An analysis of the current state of production of the component follows. In order to make the production of this component more efficient, there is the jig design for enabling time and cost savings. The work contains a description of the positioner for which this jig is designed, as well as detailed description of individual jig components including 3D models. There is a procedure of production of all parts of the jig in the next part of the thesis. The last chapter is about the technical-economic evaluation of the designed jig, including the calculation of its returns. The master thesis is supplemented with a complete drawing documentation of the jig.
