The diploma thesis deals with the implementation of smart technologies for the management of small and medium-sized enterprises. At the beginning there is a general description of the solution of the problem and the transformation of the company Storyous. The following is an analysis of the current state of the company, the process of implementing products to the customer and finally, instructions for using the web administration and the Storyous POS application are created. The analyses revealed shortcomings in the division of the customer segment, which were supplemented by the correct segments. After clarifying the segments, it was concluded to create a new version of Storyous Mini. Based on the information obtained from the questionnaire, a version of the system for retail establishments was designed. At the end of the work is a summary and evaluation of the work regarding its practical benefits.
