Aplikace metod CAF a benchmarking na městských úřadech

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the implementation of quality management methods, namely the CAF and benchmarking in selected municipalities. The aim of thesis is an analysis of selected activities and the management of municipalities in Hranice, Konice and Jablunkov and self-analysis according to the method of CAF and the benchmarking of these municipalities. The first chapter deals with the development and importance of local authorities, the second chapter drala with activities and administration of municipalities. The third chapter deals with methods of analysis CAF and benchmarking to municipal offices and the last, fourth, deals with the assessment of the activities of municipalities.
