dc.description.abstractTato diplomová práce je zaměřena na zavádění metod kvality řízení, konkrétně CAF a benchmarking na vybraných městských úřadech. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza vybraných činností a správy městských úřadů v Hranicích, Jablunkově a Konici a analýza sebehodnocení dle metody CAF a benchmarkingu na těchto úřadech. První kapitola se zabývá vývojem a významem územní samosprávy, druhá kapitola činností a správou městských úřadů. Třetí kapitola se zabývá analýzou metod CAF a benchmarking na městských úřadech a poslední, čtvrtá, se zabývá zhodnocením činnosti městských úřadů.cs
dc.description.abstractThis thesis is focused on the implementation of quality management methods, namely the CAF and benchmarking in selected municipalities. The aim of thesis is an analysis of selected activities and the management of municipalities in Hranice, Konice and Jablunkov and self-analysis according to the method of CAF and the benchmarking of these municipalities. The first chapter deals with the development and importance of local authorities, the second chapter drala with activities and administration of municipalities. The third chapter deals with methods of analysis CAF and benchmarking to municipal offices and the last, fourth, deals with the assessment of the activities of municipalities.en
