Abstract

This master thesis deals with the project of a staging belt conveyor of unloading machine in coal storage sites. The conveyor belt moves in the slope angle α=-10÷20 °, the width of the belt is 1000 mm, its velocity is 2,5 m/s and its length is 40 m. Transporting material is black coal which is transported on the upper side of the belt on the three-roller trough aligning idler. The summary of all types of belt conveyors and their sorting is worked out in the introductory part of this thesis. The following part of thesis is focused on the calculation of conveyor belt , on the project of framework steel construction, on the calculation of suspension and tipping with help of steel cables and the choice of gripping pin is also realized in this part of thesis. The assembly drawing of staging belt conveyor and the assembly drawing of the driving unit of conveyor belt are illustrated and documented in the designing part of this thesis.
