Tlumení přímočarých pneumomotorů v koncových polohách

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá popisem problematiky tlumení dojezdu pístu přímočarého pneumomotoru do koncové polohy včetně výpočtových vztahů. Přehledem možných způsobů tlumení s popisem funkce a jejich výhod a nevýhod. Sestavením matematického modelu zvoleného druhu tlumení a provedenou simulací. Návrhem experimentálního zařízení včetně vhodných snímačů a metodikou měření tlumení. Experimentálním ověřením zvoleného druhu tlumení a porovnáním výsledků měření s výsledky simulace.

The thesis deals with description of the problems of cushioning of the piston of the Pneumatic Cylinder Stroke to its end position including the calculation relationships. Overview of possible methods of cushioning, description of their function, advantages and disadvantages. Forming of a mathematical model for the selected kind of cushioning, and done a simulation Designing of an experimental device with the inclusion of proper sensors and the cushioning measurement methodics. Experimentaly testing of the selected kind of cushioning and a comparsion between the results of the measurement and the results of the simulation.
