Návrh optimalizace výroby víka kondenzátoru

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možností optimalizace montáže víka kondenzátoru. Teoretická část popisuje moderní metody řízení výroby, především štíhlou výrobu a druhy plýtvání. Tyto poznatky byly převzaty z odborné literatury, jejíž seznam je uveden na konci této práce. V praktické části je analyzován současný stav výroby víka kondenzátoru. Je navržena změna uspořádání pracovišť. Dále došlo k návrhu nových zařízení a přípravků, které usnadní výrobu. V poslední části jsou nově navržené možnosti vyhodnoceny.

The bachalor thesis deals with the manufacturing process optimisation of the capacitor cover. The theoretical part describes the modern methods of the production managment, especially lean manufacturing and the types of the wastes. These knowledge were taken from the professional literature, the list of them has been written at the end of this work. The current status of the production of the capacitor cover has been analyzed in the practical part. The new arrangement of the workplaces has been proposed. Then new machines and essemly tools were designed. These tools can facilitate production. Finally, there are results evaluated in the last part.
