Řešení skladování pro nový projekt ve společnosti Husqvarna Manufacturing CZ s.r.o.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou skladových prostor a řešení zásob pro plánovaný projekt výroby robotických sekaček v podniku Husqvarna Manufacturing CZ s.r.o. V úvodní části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy, které se týkají dané problematiky. Úvodem praktické části jsou zpracovány informace o společnosti a investičních záměrech podniku. Následně byly provedeny analýzy týkající se systému řízení a skladování v podniku, montáže robotických sekaček a kapacitní rozbory materiálů pro montážní linky. Na základě vyhodnocení tras pohybů jednotlivých skupin materiálů byl proveden návrh skladu a jeho dispoziční uspořádání, návrh skladového systému a manipulační techniky, včetně vyhodnocení dosažené skladové kapacity. Práce obsahuje rovněž předpokládané náklady spojené s projektem.

The bachelor thesis deals with the preparation of storage space and an inventory solution of the planned project for the production of robotic mowers (otherwise Automowers) in the company Husqvarna Manufacturing CZ s.r.o. The introductory part explains the basic concept of the given issue. An introduction to the practical part provides information about the company and the company investment intention. Subsequently, analyses of the inventory and storage management system in the company, analyses of the robotic mowers assembly and capacity analyses of raw materials of the assembly lines were performed. On the basis of the evaluation of individual materials movements was designed the proposal of the storage spatial layout, the warehouse system and the warehouse handling equipment including the evaluation of achieved storage capacity. The thesis also includes estimated costs associated with the project.
