Návrh konstrukce univerzálního přípravku pro svařování podlahových rámů obytných kontejnerů

Abstract

The master`s thesis deals with the construction of a jig for welding floor frames of residential containers for the company Česko-slezská výrobní, a.s. based on drawings of floor frames. At the beginning, the thesis deals with the construction and process of floor frame production across the production cycle. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the issue of welding of structural steels by the MIG method, the structural design of the proposed fixture in terms of alignment and clamping. The work includes drawing documentation of the welding jig and its technical-economic evaluation.
